How long does shipment take?

​Right now all Swimwear are made to order so please allow 1 - 2 weeks the making of your custom piece. You will be notified when your swimsuit is in the que for mailng and ready for shipping. This process is temporary and subject to change. Please email if you have any questions or may need your order earlier.

 

All orders leave our facility within 1-14 business days. At checkout, choose the shipment method of your choice.

US Orders:

1. USPS First class mail (2-5 business days)- *This option will only appear if your order weighs under one pound.

2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)

3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)

International and Canadian Orders:

1. USPS First class mail (14-30 business days) *This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.

2. USPS Priority mail (6-21 business days)

3. USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Beware Swimwear. While we do not offer refunds, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. In order to do an exchange, contact us, and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us. Please fill out the exchange form attached to your receipt, and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange. We do charge $6.00 for return shipping costs. If you choose to receive a store credit, you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed online or by phone.

- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE: (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted)  Clearance items, Accessories, and Worn Swimwear.

-Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box. If your return is sent to us without a protective cardboard box, we will not be able to accept the Exchange.

-Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Beware Swim

-Customer is responsible for re-shipping costs for exchanges, fill out credit card information in the form.

-Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.-Store Credit is valid only at www.BewareSwimwear.com.

-We reserve the right to refuse any return that show any signs of wear.Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days once we have received your returned package.

 

DAMAGES

Beware Swimwear LLC. guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 60 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. Beware's suits are very delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. Please contact Beware Swimwear for damages that occur after 30 days for more information. Items being returned for repair MUST BE CLEAN upon receipt. Soiled damages will be returned to owner as is.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

ALL of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap (such as specialty lingerie detergent). Lay flat or hang to dry.
